Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
“Company” refers to BPM S&C.
“Client” refers to any individual, company, venue, promoter, or organisation engaging our services.
“Services” refers to lighting, rigging, show control, consultancy, and technical production services.
2. Services
BPM S&C provides technical services including but not limited to:

Lighting design and programming
-
Rigging installation and supervision
-
Touring production support
-
Show control integration
-
Technical consultancy
All services are provided subject to availability and written agreement.
3. Quotations & Acceptance

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

A booking is confirmed only upon written acceptance.
-
Deposits may be required to secure dates.
4. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

The Company reserves the right to suspend services if payment is overdue.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client must:

Provide accurate event and site information
-
Ensure safe working conditions
-
Ensure venue compliance with UK health & safety legislation
-
Provide necessary access, permits, and structural approvals
6. Health & Safety
All work is carried out in accordance with:

UK Health & Safety at Work Act 1974
-
LOLER regulations
-
PUWER regulations
-
Working at Height Regulations
Clients must not require unsafe practices.
7. Liability
The Company shall not be liable for:

Structural failures of venue infrastructure
-
Equipment failure not owned by BPM S&C
-
Delays caused by third parties
-
Force majeure events
Total liability is limited to the total contract value unless otherwise agreed.
8. Intellectual Property
Lighting designs, programming files, CAD drawings, and show control files remain the intellectual property of BPM S&C unless transferred in writing.
9. Cancellation

Cancellation within 14 days of event may incur full fee.

Deposits are non-refundable unless agreed.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
